Paraguay Patchwork Hoodie

$75.00
Description

Guaraní face, Ñandutí lace, Río Paraguay in the zero.

Fit

Fresh off the cut-and-sew, so new it's still shedding lint. Turn it inside out, wash cold, dry low — first wash gets the loose fiber out and keeps the print clean.

  • 6.5 oz midweight fleece, 52% cotton / 48% polyester
  • Standard fit pullover, kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs
  • Guaraní face and Paraguayan harp in white ink, front
  • Ñandutí medallion and Río Paraguay on the back
  • "Paraguayos, ¡República o Muerte!" near the left cuff

About this product

About This Design

A Guaraní face takes up the center of the front — circular eyes, geometric scrollwork, the visual language of an indigenous tradition that predates the country's name. The Paraguayan harp sits to its right, white ink. The flag-filled map anchors the upper right corner. On the back, a Ñandutí lace medallion sits above the number — the spider-web lace that women in Itauguá have been making since the 18th century. Below the "1," a bowl of sopa paraguaya steams. Inside the zero: the Río Paraguay from above, the river that splits the country and gives it its name.
