Post-Order

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. If you have an account, you can also view your order history in your dashboard.

What is your processing time?

Items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and screen printing before your order ships.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are unable to modify products or sizes once an order is placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted to hello@paistee.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

Where does my order ship from?

All PaisTee orders are fulfilled and shipped from our USA-based production facilities.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to get my order?

After processing, domestic (US) orders typically deliver within 3–5 business days. International orders deliver within 10–30 business days and depend on regional availability of product.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Since each product is printed on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you received a misprinted or damaged item, email hello@paistee.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
