Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at PaisTee. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we get our products from our workshop to your door.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, each item requires a period of production before it is shipped.

  • Handling Time: 2–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Transit Times & Delivery

Once your order has been printed and packed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days after handling.
  • International: 10–30 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your items.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress via our carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain product types. If there is an issue with your address, our support team will contact you via email before processing the order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PaisTee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at hello@paistee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will require photos to process a replacement for you.
